| Geographically speaking, Gradiska is situated in Republic of Srpska i.e. on the border beetwen BIH and Croatia. Today Gradiska represents a large economic centre of Banjaluka's region with industrial and agrarian potential ; the municipality consists of 65 000 sitizens. One of the latest enterprizes, but with a long-standing experience of its founders and employees in our country and abroad as well is a construction enterprize "Arting Invest". |

| This enterpize is founded in February 1998 and belongs to a private property. The core business is the realization of all constructing, construction-trade and installation operations. At the very beginning it hired 12 employees, but today that number is considerably increased to 106 permanently employed employees where as the enterprize hires an extra 30-50 construction workers on a certain period of time in the construction season. |
| The previous success is presented by built objects of high quaility. Till the end of 2009 "Arting Invest" built around 67 750 m2 of housing projects, 48 150 m2 of commercial properties and 11 500 m2 of industrial production objects in our country and abroad (Russia). The listed built areas are located in more than 90 built objects (more than 80 here and 8 in Russia). |
| The latest technology, materials and efficient equipment are applied in object construction. A certain capacity for object designing and technology of building contributes to the previous and as for project bureaus, they are located in Gradiska, Banjaluka, Srbac and Moscow. Owing to highly professional staff and completeness of modern equipment and mechanization , all built objects so far are finished in due course with high quality.
